PDO Culatello Of The Zibello Consortium

The Consortium associates all 23 producers of Culatello di Zibello Dop and in June 2010 it obtained recognition from the MIPAAF (Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies), this recognition further strengthens the activities of protection and promotion of Culatello di Zibello.
The Consortium ensures with its own brand through strict regulation and strict controls carried out by the CSQA Institute.

The traditional processing, the appropriate seasoning and the all-Italian origin of the meat guarantee the consumer that the Consortium's Culatello di Zibello respects the traditions and is still made "as it once was". ... as it happened in our countryside many years ago! ... ".
