STROLGHINO

Strolghino” comes from the trimmings of the thigh meat processing for the preparation of salted pork.

With the addition of bacon is ground finely and mixed with salt, pepper and moisten with Malvasia of our production.

It is bagged in a very thin gut which allows a rapid maturation (from about 15-20 days).

Small salami, fresh and soft, recognizable for its "sweetness and delicacy.
