COPPA

Coppa is made from the neck muscles of a pig.

Meat is slightly salted and manually cured in natural animal dried gut. Ageing lasts at least 6–8 months depending on initial weight.

This product is made in a completely artisan way resulting in its delicate taste and intense flavour.
