Like their ancestors, Alfredo Magnani
and his sons
Fabrizio and Amedeo
have always been living in the Po river valley around Parma.
They share their passion and ancient family
traditions
with people enjoying the taste and flavour
of this land. And here, in the capital of slow-food,
the Magnanis produce cured pork cold meats
in the same ancient cellars where also
local wines like Malvasia and Fortana
are produced. The quality of their products
is certified by the P.D.O.
(Protected Designation of Origin) label of
Consorzio del Culatello di Zibello.
